About
Thank you for visiting my profile. You're looking for a therapist because either you or a loved one is in some distress. I can help. I have experience in treating many issues one faces that produces some distress from relationship problems, trauma or family difficulties to depression, anxiety and grief.
I am a very active therapist working using cognitive behavioral techniques. This means that I am goal oriented and use concrete tools to find new solutions to your problems. I also work using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with clients who have experienced trauma for rapid cessation of symptoms.
It's very important that you feel comfortable with your therapist and therefore I encourage you to look around and find the best fit for you. I sincerely hope I can be of help to you.
