Welcome to my practice! I offer therapy in Birmingham, Alabama and virtually to those in Alabama. Along this journey, I have found the connection between therapist and client to be one of great depth and true accomplishment. Whether you are navigating next steps in life or you are walking through a difficult season, I believe therapy can be a safe place to share, learn and grow. It is a dream come true to be able to work with people wanting to pursue a journey of growth and healing.
Through my years of experience, I have worked with a variety of clients in different settings to support them on their mental health journey. Some of these experiences include working with adults in substance use treatment, children and adolescents in schools, and children, adolescents, and adults through community counseling.
