I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, religious or spiritual trauma, grief, and the ongoing impact of complex family dynamics. Whether you're processing a breakup, navigating a life transition, or untangling long-held patterns of disconnection, therapy can support you in building emotional resilience, clarity, and a more grounded sense of self.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in attachment theory. I draw from my advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and integrate body-aware, embodiment-focused practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to your internal experience.
I view therapy as a journey of “being with”—with thoughts, emotions, sensations, and relationships. Through presence and attunement, we create space for healing, self-trust, and meaningful connection. Therapy helps deepen understanding, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward relationships that feel more secure and fulfilling.
