My treatment style is goal-oriented and rooted in evidence-based practices. From the first session, therapy is structured and tailored to meet your unique needs. I have completed training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Family Therapy, and Love and Logic Parenting.
