For over 15 years, I have worked alongside individuals encountering issues with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, self-esteem, life adjustments, and stress. Working in collaboration with clients, I seek to empower them to work through uncomfortable experiences and achieve their goals. I strive to help individuals find, develop, and utilize their strengths in order to face the issues of their lives directly, with compassion, and without self-judgement.
My approach is integrated, allowing me to utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet the needs of individuals. I use a framework that focuses on how thoughts, behaviors, and emotions work together to better help individuals understand and engage with the experiences bringing them to counseling.
If you call to make an appointment, please ask to schedule an appointment with Holly. I provide limited evening sessions during the week.
