Life can feel crazy-making until we find out who we are underneath all of the ways we have become. Counseling can help you understand and undo patterns of thought and behavior that unconsciously keep you from truly connecting with yourself and others. We can work together to find the "why?"s of your struggle and how to move forward. You can find peace.
I work with adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ocd, disordered eating, relationship challenges, women’s issues, and chronic PTSD. Many of my clients self-identify as “people pleasers” and experience built up tension and resentment. I enjoy working with “cycle breakers”- individuals seeking to change generational patterns of harm or trauma.
I use a broad range of modalities to explore with clients their inner world and discover new possibilities. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer skills in listening to the messages of the body (somatic awareness), games and activities to understand self (experiential learning), as well as visuals and metaphor to serve a range of neurotypes.

Adult Experiences of Childhood Trauma
I curate small groups (3 individuals + myself) that meet weekly for 8 weeks to learn about responses to childhood trauma and how they are commonly experienced in adulthood. The group is designed to normalize, de-stigmatize, and shed light on the natural process of self protection that emerges in dangerous or chaotic childhood conditions. This group is focused on educating participants about their own nervous system, as well as understanding trauma responses in others. *Groups currently forming; spaces available
