I offer a unique blend of approaches to mental wellness rooted in transpersonal psychology and Carl Jung's teachings, creating a safe space for exploration and growth. With compassion and intuition as our guide, I will accompany you on a journey of self-discovery. Previously working in community mental health counseling, I am currently assisting individuals looking for healing pathways beyond clinical mental health perspectives and practices. Utilizing evidence based methods to mental wellness I am here to help you reclaim your vitality.
Specializing in psychedelic integration and healing from adverse psychedelic experiences, especially spiritual emergencies and psychosis, I primarily focus on integrating the psyche after it has split. Other areas of specialization are sexual dysfunction, attachment and relationship issues (disorganized attachment), nervous system issues, and burnout.
A strong empath and intuitive practitioner, psychedelic specialist and expert (I do not administer any substances) and soon to be doctor in integrative psychology and healing methods, I am a standalone in the field of psychology. I am not a clinical provider, although I previously worked in severe pathology for many years.

Take a deep dive into the unconscious mind and learn the language of your soul. In this group we learn how to engage in a dream circle, interpret dreams through Jungian and Transpersonal methods, and work to come into a greater relationship with the Psyche. Dreamwork can vastly increase one's personal self-awareness and raise consciousness. In this monthly meeting (first Saturday of every month) we will work a dream and learn about different dreaming techniques such a Tibetan Dream Yoga, or dream seeding. This online monthly meeting is facilitated by dream aficionado, Holly Flammer, MA, Ph. D (c).
