I work with clients ages 18-85 who are ready to begin processing their hurts and go from bitter in their suffering to better in their healing. Utilizing evidence-based practices of EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, I treat PTSD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I incorporate a client-centered approach and use a hybrid CBT/Narrative model.
