I will meet you where you are at, and together we can develop goals and skills to meet these goals at your own pace. I believe every individual has their own needs, meaning a therapy session will look different for every person. I tailor my sessions to best fit the needs of my clients, using a variety of interventions from frameworks that align with my client's values and beliefs.
I tend to work from an existential framework, focusing on present issues and aligning actions with values. I use interventions from common frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy when appropriate to equip my clients with skills to cope with and address life's complexity.
