I approach my work through a holistic, trauma informed and client centered lens. I draw from various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and The Gottman Method for couples work.
I have worked with children and families, individuals navigating grief and loss, those who have endured trauma, those who experience anxiety and/or depression and with individuals with developmental disabilities. I also have a passion for perinatal mental health and support new mothers. I currently work with adults and couples.
