Life can be heavy sometimes. Then depression, anxiety, or even past hurts sneak in leaving us feeling withdrawn and disconnected. As humans we long for peace, purpose, and the ability to enjoy daily life without constant worry or sadness. Therapy offers a safe space where your pain is recognized, you are heard, and your story matters. Together, we can discover hope, build coping skills, and help you reconnect with the people and experiences that bring purpose to your life. You don’t have to face this alone. Healing and change are possible, and I’d be honored to walk with you on that journey.
I am passionate about walking beside you on your journey toward healing and peace. I work with adults and children navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and addiction, creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and empowered. My therapeutic approach integrates using mindfulness, setting achievable goals and celebrating wins!
I enjoy reading, doing puzzles, volunteering and serving at church. Most importantly, I treasure quality time with my family and beloved pets. I am dedicated to providing care that is clinically sound, warm and welcoming, meeting you where you are with empathy and hope. If you are feeling overwhelmed or need someone to talk to, please reach out!
