Living in fight, flight, or freeze? Are you spiraling, experiencing decision paralysis, self-sabotaging, shutting down, dopamine seeking, or adrenaline dumping? Perhaps escapism or feeling different has left you feeling disconnected. Yet, rejection sensitivity, demand avoidance, or feeling others aren't there enough keep you from living the life you deserve. If so, you may be living in survival. Through co-regulation, where I see your strengths, and offer a judgment-free, supportive milieu, I strive to help those experiencing insecure attachment from childhood and relational trauma truly thrive, not survive.

Through myself as a secure base from which to co-regulate, I utilize DARe (similar to NARM) to access the wounded parts within and offer a reparative experience for relational ruptures. EMDR helps you identify and resolve the root of issues driving current symptoms. Through movement, somatic therapy facilitates the discharge of fight/flight/freeze responses

I see my job not as fixing you, but rather to help you reclaim your strengths that were never truly lost, yet obfuscated by trauma.
