Because therapy is not “one size fits all,” I utilize more of an eclectic approach to the process, and treat every client as the unique individual that YOU are.
As the founder of Better Balance LLC I offer an integrated approach to health and wellness. Services include: mental health counseling and a variety of coaching ranging from life, general health, fitness, nutrition, chronic illness, and occupational. Specializations include teens/young adults, trauma, and uplifting/empowering women.
My initial and continued effort is to make sure that all clients feel safe and comfortable by offering a non bias, non judgmental approach to the therapeutic process.
