Working with women and men as they transition into and throughout parenthood holds a special place in my heart. My passion working with individuals in the perinatal season of life was ignited through my own experiences of motherhood. There are many unseen and unspoken challenges that come along with parenthood. No matter what your experience, I am here to support you in anyway I can. I also specialize working with adolescents and teens through social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. The transition of adolescents is such a unique time in a persons’ life, for the adolescent their parents. I am here to support you through it!
Through my personal life experiences, I have gained a deeper understanding of the importance to learn and intentionally mold our futures. My goal is to promote self awareness, self acceptance, and self confidence. Together utilizing a combination of therapy and continued practice outside of our sessions to create the intentional future you desire.
