Since 1992, I have helped a wide range of clients work to overcome individual challenges, including such problems as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, anger, relationship difficulties, impediments to communication, and parenting issues. I have extensive experience in 12-Step program. I work with clients using a range of therapies to help relieve those symptoms that affect their quality of life.
I help to strengthen relationships, improve communication skills, explore the problems that arise in marriages and with parenting, and provide medication management. A former teacher, I help children and teens address their problems. I am skilled in multiple treatment modalities, blending them to meet client needs including cognitive behavioral, hypnotherapy, and energy psychology.
Shortly after the events of 9/11, I was introduced to a new therapy (AIT). It combines traditional Jungian therapy with the body's energy centers to release traumatic emotions and old behavior patterns. My clients experience symptom relief quickly and thoroughly when AIT is used in combination with Cognitive therapy (CBT).
