With over 10 years of experience, I have been helping individuals and couples navigate challenges and improve the quality of their lives and relationships. I work with people experiencing relationship distress, communication issues, self esteem and self worth concerns, mood disorders, challenges with adjustment and life transitions, trauma, and much more. I also have specialized experience in working with active duty military, retirees, and their families. I am licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina and am available for in-person sessions at our Savannah location or virtually.
To help my clients achieve their goals, I use various models and techniques tailored to each person’s unique needs. Together, we will identify patterns that can keep you feeling stuck and how to change them. This can mean developing new coping skills, challenging negative beliefs and thought patterns, and building resiliency.
