Holly Bates, LCSW, is a board licensed clinical social worker, with a Bachelor degree in Psychology, a Masters in Social Work, and 12+ years of experience in outpatient therapy settings. Her work extends to individuals, couples, families, and teens. Her therapeutic work focuses on women’s issues, trauma, anxiety, anger management, depression and mood disorders, grief and loss, relationship concerns, attachment difficulties, self esteem challenges, life transitions, and adjustment stressors. Holly has led Intensive Outpatient Programs treating at risk teens.
Holly uses evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address and relieve a wide range of symptoms of depression and anxiety.
