Initial training of four years in cognitive therapy, to assist others gain an understanding of how self-talk influences mood and behavior. Added to that considerable training in critical incident stress debriefing, traumatic stress, attachment and relationships, chemical dependency, mood disorders and personality disorders.
I have always felt called to assist others with healing, and am honored to take this journey with others, providing support, guidance, and tools, as well as being a witness to transformation.
