I have experience working with a range of presenting problems including grief, OCD, trauma, anxiety and phobias, emotion regulation issues, childhood emotional concerns, parenting, relationship struggles, boundaries, and life transitions. I also have additional training in EMDR, ERP, IFS, Child Centered Play Therapy (ages 4-10), and Prepare and Enrich.
