I enjoy working with all different age ranges and diagnosis. My client age range is 5 and up. Some of the main diagnosis I have worked with but not limited to, are depression, anxiety, and trauma related disorders. My passion is brainspotting and helping people reach that deep trauma.
My clinical approach is adjusted based on the needs of the person. I have utilized CBT, solution focused, client centered, brainspotting and other various therapy techniques with clients.
My personal interests/hobbies are spending time with family, traveling as much as possible, and fishing! I love being outdoors and spend as much time outside as I can in the summer.
