I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a treatment that research has found to be effective for treating a wide range of problems. As your therapist, we will work collaboratively to evaluate problematic patterns and gain new coping skills.
I have helped many people with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, fertility concerns, stress management, relationship problems and navigating life transitions. I am a clinical supervisor and provide supervision to professionals with an interest in developing CBT skills. I look forward to working with you to begin the journey of change.
