With experience in mental health and substance use, I assist individuals with diverse issues: substance use/addiction, PTSD/trauma, depression/mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and LGBTQIA+ support.
My counseling approach is eclectic, person-centered, and trauma-informed, drawing from various evidence-based modalities depending on each client’s unique needs. These include, but are not limited to, Rogerian person-centered therapy, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, MI, and NARM. I am also a trained EMDR therapist.
