Hi, I’m Hollie. I provide person-centered, attachment-based, trauma-informed therapy. My approach is authentic, collaborative, and eclectic, drawing from multiple modalities to support clients in their ability to live authentically and experience meaningful growth. I emphasize meeting clients where they are and walking beside each other throughout the therapeutic process. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, chronic pain, and the ongoing stress of life.
Treatment may incorporate somatic and embodiment-based interventions, inner child and attachment-focused work, and the development of effective coping skills. My clinical work is informed by a trauma-informed understanding of how lived experiences impact emotional regulation, relationships, and sense of self.
I strive to provide a safe space and judgment-free zone where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences and values. Therapy focuses on strengthening internal resources, reinforcing the belief that everything you need is within you, and helping clients embrace their power as they move toward healing, self-awareness, and living more authentically.
