Experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship conflict, family conflict, addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders can be hard to handle on your own. I am here to assist in creating a better understanding of yourself and accomplish the goals you want within your life and treatment.
I specialize working with adults and teens with a focus on addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, marriage conflict, and childhood/intergenerational trauma. I use client centered approaches with counseling techniques including EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Method, and Psychoeducation.
