It can be hard taking the first step to reaching out. I work in therapy sessions to provide a safe, compassionate, empathic, and judgment-free environment to assist with any of your needs. Living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health issues can be difficult to navigate within everyday life. I am here to assist in creating a better understanding of yourself and develop skills you believe are best suited for your needs. I believe therapy is a space that allows you to grow and change to develop more confidence, understanding, and compassion with yourself to tackle all life situations and mental health issues.
I specialize working with individual adults within areas of addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, marriage conflict, and pregnancy/childbirth/postpartum. I use client centered approaches with counseling techniques including EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Method, and Psychoeducation.
