My clinical foundation is grounded in years of hands-on experience supporting individuals, parents, and families through complex trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and recovery. I also help clients navigate relationship issues, family conflict, parenting stress, work-life balance, and the transitions that come with becoming a new parent. Additionally, I support adolescents facing emotional challenges and navigating conflict within the parent-child relationship. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed — always grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and deep respect for your lived experience.
I utilize evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), complex trauma interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques tailored for trauma and addiction. I also incorporate trauma-informed care and strength-based practices to help clients reconnect with their sense of self, values, and resilience.
