I work with individuals in their late teens through their 30s who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or like they’re constantly questioning themselves. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel truly heard without judgment.
My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and personalized. I pull from different theories, including CBT, DBT, IFS, and strengths-based therapy, so we can find what actually works for you. I’ll bring in strategies and insights that are helpful, but more than anything, I’ll show up as a real person walking beside you.
Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself. It’s about reconnecting with who you are underneath the hurt. Whether you need coping skills, deeper self-understanding, or a space to untangle what’s weighing you down, I’ll meet you there with care.
