Welcome! I am a safe, affirming, and culturally sensitive therapist dedicated to supporting adults in the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and those healing from religious trauma. I am a National Certified Counselor (NBCC) and use a trauma-informed, person-centered approach grounded in CBT and ACT. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process where your lived experience is respected and your goals guide the work. Together, we focus on building insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change.
