I have a background in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), as well as specialized training in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
