Hello! I'm Ros, the founder of Holistic Therapy Solutions, LLC. With over two decades of mental health counseling and substance abuse experience, I help individuals and families navigate anxiety, neurological injury, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and life transitions. I'm not only a bilingual therapist, but also someone who understands the deep impact of substance abuse and the mental health challenges in communities and families.

My therapy approach is holistic and individually tailored to you. Whether we're using CBT to reshape your thoughts, EMDR to address complex trauma, or exploring Mindfulness to center your emotions - my goal is always the same: to empower you. I specialize in managing school problems and bullying, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse.
