Dr. Bella is also hospice trained. “It is with the acceptance of death (body or ego), that one is fully able to appreciate both the fragility, and exquisite beauty, of life.”
Additionally, Dr. Bella is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the highest level, E-RYT 500 and finds clinical psychology and the yoga practice to be complimentary modalities that incorporate many tools for self-regulation. Dr. Bella creates a supportive environment, where one can learn to accept themselves with a deep sense of love, compassion, and care.
I realize finding the right fit is extremely important, research shows that it is ultimately "the relationship" that heals, therefore I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation in order to see if we are a good, fit.
