We practice holistically, which means we treat the whole person, not just their symptoms. We have dedicated and experienced therapists who specialize in PTSD and other Trauma related concerns, Anxiety/Depression, Parent Coaching, Self-Esteem work, and building healthy relationships; as well as simply being present for our clients who are struggling.
We utilize traditional talk therapy, but also EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, CBT, DBT, Parts work, ACT, among others. No matter what approach we take, it will be at your pace and with your goals in mind.
