Holistic Life practices include an integration of Mind-Body interventions to meet the need of the individuals that are receiving services. Those services include but are not limited to (Health and Wellness Coaching, Functional Nutrition, various forms of Meditation (including Movement Meditation) and Guided Imagery. Due to my extensive background in education, I am very familiar with the school system and higher education. This experience has made me an asset for children and young adults ages 6 to 28. Our counselors are certified trauma specialist and enjoy seeing trauma survivors and people with depression of ALL AGES.
We specialize in Mind-Body practices because we understand the mind-body connection.
