Helping individuals improve his or her mental, behavioral, and emotional wellbeing involves self-care and making time for yourself. I find pleasure in assisting children, adolescents, adults, and older adults struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, life stressors, behavioral, and emotional challenges. Such as personal history, current challenges, emotions, coping mechanisms, and personal goals. My therapy focuses on personalized attention, deep exploration of personal issues, and a strong therapeutic alliance.
I utilized evidence-based techniques and approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Behavioral Therapy (BT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to develop and implement individualized treatment. I also conducted comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
It is normal to feel uncomfortable sharing your personal experiences. In addition, I fostered a safe, confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings deeply, building a strong one-on-one bond to support personal growth by providing individual, family, and psychoeducation group therapy. I also offer in office and telehealth appointments.
