We provide trauma-focused therapy for adults aged 25 and older, with a specialization in supporting those impacted by early relational trauma, including childhood abuse, neglect and attachment disruptions. Our approach is rooted in compassion and integrates the mind, body, and spirit to foster deep healing. We’re here to help you reconnect with your authentic self, strengthen meaningful relationships, and build a foundation for lasting well-being.
We take an integrative approach, using EMDR, IFS, and other modalities to help clients explore and heal inner parts impacted by trauma. This work supports resolution at the roots, promoting emotional healing and meaningful growth.
