*Please note that I am now maintaining an active waiting list!* It isn't always easy to reach outside of ourselves when we are feeling deeply lonely and experiencing extreme emotions. These are precisely the times, though, when it makes sense to try to find people with whom we can talk without too much fear of judgment or rejection. In my role as a therapist I actively commit to strive to be one of those people; to meet you wherever you are emotionally, in a comfortable, confidential and respectful setting.
As a multicultural practitioner I am integrally connected to various cultures which enable me to balance multiple perspectives, as I work with different people around diverse and complex issues; although I was educated according to traditional and psychodynamic viewpoints, my practice is to combine my formal training with holistic, trauma and social justice oriented techniques.
My approach includes working intentionally, attentively and intuitively to facilitate healing on emotional, physical and spiritual levels, and assisting people to recognize the individual choices available to them in various situations. Spiritual Development: Reiki Level II Healing
Receive Level II Attunements and Spiritual Healing Guided Meditation; learn how to strengthen your healing work using 3 sacred symbols; learn mental/emotional healing for freedom from unwanted habits; learn how to employ distance healing; learn how to apply Byosen Scanning and enhance understanding of Reiki and Anatomy. Included in this workshop are a manual, and a Reiki Level II certificate, awarded upon completion.
