Holding Hands Family Therapy is a collaborative group of licensed therapists offering a range of services to support children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We have experience working with clients ages 6 and up, helping them process and heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and more.
We take a team-based approach to therapy, building trusting, comfortable, and collaborative relationships with each client to support meaningful progress. We often incorporate humor, games, art, and music into our sessions—using whatever approaches best meet the unique needs of our clients.
Our therapists are trained in a wide variety of specialties, including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman method Couples Therapy. We also have a Spanish-speaking therapist.
