My goal as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can show up authentically and move at your own pace. Therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when trusting someone new. I believe each person holds the capacity for healing and growth, and my hope is to help you reconnect with those strengths within yourself.
My approach is rooted in relational psychotherapy and a systemic lens, recognizing that our relationships, life experiences, and environments shape how we understand ourselves and others. I integrate attachment-based work with approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, CBT, Solution focused.
As humans, we are wired for connection. We long to be seen, understood, and valued.
