I am Holden Raines, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked extensively in the community and developed a flexible, person-centered approach. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family conflict, having completed my Master's (M.S) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Radford University.
I provide outpatient counseling via video. I have developed an adaptable style in counseling and meet clients where they are. I often utilize existential, narrative, strength-based, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and person-centered approaches in my practice.
