She has more than 19 years of experience working with numerous populations including adults, adolescents, and couples in outpatient, inpatient, residential, schools, home-based, and correctional settings. Her areas of expertise include mood, behavior, and anxiety disorders, relationship discord, trauma, and ADHD screenings for youth and adults. She provides individual and couples counseling to adults ages 18-65+.

My name is Hannah Day MSW, LSW and I work with adults and adolescents at Open Water Counseling and Recovery.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor supervisor in the state of Ohio. My specialties include the treatment of anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related disorders. I offer diagnostic assessment and empirically based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but use a combination of therapy techniques based on patients’ needs including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques with an emphasis on social skills training.
