Welcome! My name is Natalie Grierson and I am a licensed mental health counselor. I enjoy supporting clients in navigating life transitions and stressors. I am an independent dual counselor with over 12 years experience with both mental health and substance use treatment. Susan J. Rowland, PhD, RN Susan J. Rowland is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Registered Nurse in Ohio who has been practicing since 2008. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Ohio State University in 1985 and enjoyed a 30-year career in Oncology and Intensive Care in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her Master of Arts in Psychology from Xavier University in 1997 and completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology from The Union Institute and University in 2007 with a major area of study in cognitive behavior therapy, psycho-oncology, and thanatology.

In the past, I have primarily worked with female adolescents and young college aged adults; however, I am open to working with all ages & genders and couples as well. I specialize in working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship/school/work challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with no judgment.
