I specialize in cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief and trauma. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to teens and adults, as well as group therapy and wellness courses. My goal is for you to be seen, feel heard, and live better.
As a psychologist, I’ve had extensive training in assessment, diagnosis and treatment. I enjoy providing clinical supervision at Temple University as well as working directly with clients.
