When you don't feel like yourself anymore. It's hard to know when you can fix the problem yourself, and when to ask for help, but what you're doing isn't working. It is possible to return to a new version of the old you. You don't have to be a slave to your emotions anymore. You and I work together to build the skills you need to cope.
I take a body-mind approach to therapy. When our minds are disturbed, our bodies often mirror this tension. Feeling strong emotions is normal - healthy even - in a time like this. Your body is also likely feeling the strain. I will assist you to feel more relaxed and able to enjoy life more fully by combining talk therapy with expressive exercises.
