Earning my Bachelors of Science in Psychology as well as my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling has provided me with the knowledge, skill, and technique to work towards guiding clients to work towards peace and growth.The desire to motivate people to work towards their goals developed early in my college years when I worked as a mentor for a local community ministry in a small college town.

I help couples learn how to take accountability within their relationships, and connect even deeper, or re-connect all together. I also help individuals or couples navigate the aftermath of infidelity. Life can be really hard. We can help. Serving the Houston area and the State of Texas since 1981 with clinical excellence, we provide a warm, therapeutic, and inviting atmosphere. We see children 2 and up, teens, and adults. Through integrating our faith and clinical training, we offer biblically sound and psychologically skilled approaches to life’s struggles. Meeting clients where they are, we walk alongside in order to hear and help in a way that brings about lasting change. Our doors are open to clients from all religious, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. We meet in person and virtually.

When life gives you challenges the process of managing those challenges can be real difficult. Having someone to process and find solutions to real life issues can be helpful and supportive. I have a very well rounded background in both adult and child therapy. I have worked with Oncology clients, clients in crisis, couples, families and children with different emotional needs. When I meet a client it is important to meet them where they are and develop a strong therapeutic relationship.

For individual, couples, adults and teens, the pursuit of ones therapeutic goals is a deeply personal endeavor, one that entails time, effort, occasional discomfort and some expense. I am keenly aware of the burden of trust, inherent in my participation in so intimate and earnest an undertaking, and will apply my clinical judgment, professional acumen, interpersonal skills and 35-years of experience, to discern and address those needs.
