I have had extensive training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have particular expertise in the treatment of anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and related disorders.
