I offer deep and compassionate listening and use a variety of proven methods to ease suffering, such as CBT, but lean heavily on methods that reach beyond talk therapy, such as EMDR and ART. I find that these methods work faster and deeper than talk therapy alone & are more likely to bring immediate relief.

A weekly online group centered on personal growth exercises, group discussion, and writing. Limited to eight participants. Each session lasts two hours, with a break.
