If you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. I can help you find control and power over these thoughts and feelings so that you can get back to living your life the way you want.
I use a combination of Existential, Experiential Therapy, Relational, CBT, and Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) among other modalities. If you are dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Grief/Loss, and Trauma (Even C-PTSD), you have found the right place. I also provide EMDR Intensives for crisis and recent trauma events
You are unique and I will take a personalized approach to find the right balance for you and your journey. Therapy with me is a place where you will feel safe, understood, and empowered.
