My approach to therapy hinges on finding what works for you as an individual. This takes a lot of honesty and courage about the things with which you struggle. My commitment to my clients is to help them see these dynamics more clearly from a place of clarity, dignity, & respect and empower them towards a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling. I have a strong focus on relationships. This includes the connections we have with meaningful people in our lives as well as the relationship we have with ourselves. Naturally, topics such as belonging, accountability, and shared experience tend to be important conversations for us.
