My focus as a licensed clinical health psychologist and clinical mind/body practitioner is to provide my clients with the awareness, knowledge, skills, tools and support that they need to cope more constructively with stress, experience less anxiety from fears and phobias, feel less pain, and feel more in control. I have over twenty years of social work experience. I have worked in foster care and adoption, in a psychiatric hospital and am currently working in private practice.
