My approach is focused on creating a safe place for trust to develop and a therapeutic relationship that will be part of your healing process. I'm a Certified EMDR Therapist and use this modality to treat PTSD, anxiety, social anxiety, C-PTSD.
I'll use psychoeducation and skills-building to prepare you to be confident in managing the difficult emotions, thoughts and behaviors that are problematic to you in the present while exploring your values, strengths and resiliency potential. I'm experienced with TeleMental Health and I use approaches from EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, MBSR, ACT and DBT.
