I primarily work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relational and family conflict, boundary setting, and other emotional or life difficulties. Through compassionate support and intentional guidance, I help clients develop psychological flexibility, strengthen healthy coping skills, and align their daily lives with their deeply held beliefs. My goal is to create a safe, grace-filled space where growth, restoration, and lasting change can take place.
While I am located in the San Luis Valley, I currently offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
